Hot dog recipie

South Knox Bubba's grilled hot dogs:

Stop me if you've heard it.

1. Get some fat, all beef hotdogs. Normally I like Hebrew National hotdogs (they answer to a Higher Authority) but for this recipe the fatter Nathan's hotdogs worked great. Bratwurst would probably be good, too, although they might be a little too rich.

2. Get a can of shredded sauerkraut.

3. Get some bacon.

4. Slit the hotdogs lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

5. Stuff each hotdog with liberal helping of sauerkraut.

6. Wrap one strip of bacon around each stuffed hotdog in a spiral fashion. Secure with toothpicks at each end.

7. Grill until bacon is crispy done.

Enjoy with your favorite sides and cold beer. Mmm, mmm, good.
