Cracker Jack is back at Yankee Stadium. Personally, I'm not a Yankee fan, I choose to masochistically suffer with the Mets and have done so for close to 40 years. A month or so ago, Daddy Warbucks Steinbrenner inked a deal to replace CJ with some other shit. Now, I hate CJ, never liked it, never liked sticky shit on my popcorn, but by golly, you can't not have it at the ballpark. I know baseball, like everything else, revolves around money, but this is a matter of tradition. In the days of obscenely huge contracts for the players and obscenely high ticket prices, it's nice to see one tradition remain in place, although you'll probably have to pay more for your Cracker Jack at the Stadium. Well, that's my rant for the morning. I'm off to the mines.
