It's the one word Mrs. F doesn't let me say, and after fifteen years, I hardly do, even with the guys. General J.C. Christian introduces us to one woman (Elizabeth Hoffman, Ph.D., President of the University of Colorado) who says it can be a term of endearment. If I ever used that 'term of endearment' toward Mrs. F, she'd endear a stiletto between my 3rd and 4th ribs on the left side while I slept. Anyway, read the General. The article he refers to is here.
