Three of our idiot customers got tickets this weekend for expired inspections so they were all in this morning, whining about getting a new sticker right away. I don't need to hear whining at 7:15 on Monday morning. The reason I call them names is they aren't regular service types. If they would change their oil regularly, we would have spotted that their inspections were coming due and done them at the last service or make them an appointment before their stickers expired. Oh well.
